We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Residential Service Technician.  In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC components.  Your expertise in residential systems will be instrumental in exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work on residential HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose high humidity, standard high to low voltage and communicating systems.
  • Provide maintenance on single stage, 2-stage, mini-split and variable speed systems.
  • Conduct quality checks through the process upon completion to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress in ServiceTitan.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
  • 5-7 years’ experience in HVAC industry
  • Current Universal EPA certification
  • Current TDLR registration
  • CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
