We’re looking for a HVAC Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to support our field teams by sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts and equipment. Your work will keep jobs on schedule, inventory accurate, and customers satisfied. This position will ensure the correct materials are available when needed, supports warranty and return processes, and maintain inventory accuracy. This role is essential to upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring the ongoing success of our field operations.

We’re looking for a HVAC Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to support our field teams by sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts and equipment. Your work will keep jobs on schedule, inventory accurate, and customers satisfied. This position will ensure the correct materials are available when needed, supports warranty and return processes, and maintain inventory accuracy. This role is essential to upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring the ongoing success of our field operations.

- $41K - $52K/year (based on experience)

- Fulfilling parts and material requests
- Track orders and follow up with vendors
- Maintain stock and fill technician requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct counts and audits
- Manage purchase orders in ServiceTitan
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming orders against pick tickets and PO
- Operate forklift
- Excellent communication with internal and external customers
- 2+ years in HVAC parts coordination, inventory, and purchasing (required)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Google Workspace and ServiceTitan (or similar)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable in both office and warehouse environments
