Mackey Services is seeking an organized, dependable Parts, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing commercial and residential HVAC and Electrical Teams. This role is essential to keeping jobs ready, materials available, and warehouse operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Review the ServiceTitan schedule and pull and stage parts, equipment, and supplies for upcoming jobs.
- Manage standard warehouse stock, inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving.
- Coordinate with departments on job-specific materials and purchase orders.
- Maintain an organized warehouse and staging areas.
- Track company tools and shared equipment, including checkout, returns, and follow-up on missing items.
- Coordinate with vendors on orders, warranties, and returns.
- Safety transport materials and equipment.
- Support a safety first culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years in HVAC parts coordination, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of HVAC and Electrical parts and equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred.
- Valid driver's license, ability to safely tow a trailer, and forklift certified.
- Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and work safely in a warehouse environment.
- Clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug test.
